What’s your American dream? A “Barnes & Noble with a Starbucks” was Henry Knox’s pre-Revolutionary “American” dream in Boston. When the British seized Boston after Lexington & Concord in April 1775, Knox joined George Washington and the patriot militia in Cambridge.
